Koda is not built to be a catalogue. Our core services were selected because they are the ones that appear on every serious jobsite, create the most coordination headaches for project teams, and represent categories where deep vendor relationships - not just vendor lists - make a measurable difference.

We stay in our lane because that is how you get great at something. If a customer needs something outside our scope, we will do our best to point them in the right direction - but we will not pretend to be the right call for everything. The projects we support deserve better than a generalist.

Koda does not add a markup to your vendor's price. Our coordination is built into the vendor's pricing - the same way any vendor prices in their trucks, crews, and overhead. You pay your vendor directly. There is no separate Koda invoice.
