I acknowledge that the assignment of a customer through Koda is the operative event establishing a protected Koda-introduced relationship, regardless of any prior contact, solicitation, or pipeline presence by our sales team. I agree to disclose any prior contact at the time of assignment and understand that failure to do so is a material breach.

I acknowledge that Koda’s Terms, Fee Schedule, and Policies are living documents. I agree that continued platform use after thirty (30) days written notice of updates constitutes unconditional acceptance of those updated terms, without the need for new signatures
